Make it even more fun with a Maze Passport. Punch your start time then mark special stops along the way. Punch your end time once you finally make it to the end. Once you make it through the first time, discounts are offered for all additional attempts so you can best your time. You can work as team or race against your friends. No matter what, you’ll have fun getting lost and found. The friendly staff is always on hand to help just in case!

Perry’s Cave and Family Fun Center

Located on Catawba Avenue, about a mile from downtown, Perry’s Cave is the center of fun on Put-in-Bay. This island institution has been delighting families for years and visits to Perry’s is certainly an island tradition.

It is easy to spend an entire day here or make multiple trips while staying on the island. The whole center is built around Perry’s Cave, a limestone cave with an underground lake. The ecology of Put-in-Bay is really fascinating and unique and Perry’s Cave shows off how interesting this little island is. Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry discovered the cave in 1813 and used the water to quench his troops thirst when they needed it the most. A tour of Perry’s Cave is a must before or after a run through Fort aMaze’n.

DanDee’s Snack Shack keeps visitors fed with delicious treats like mac ’n cheese bites, funnel fries, and lots of ice cream treats to cool you down.

Along with Fort aMaze’n and Perry’s Cave, compete with friends at the War of 18 Holes Mini Golf, perhaps the most unique course you’ve ever seen. Another addition to all the fun includes the Antique Car Museum that will fascinate the history buffs in the family.

Similarly, the Butterfly House is always an excellent choice when you need something peace and quiet. This gorgeous aviary contains hundreds of flitting butterflies with lovely music. Make sure to take a trip to the gift shop before you leave!
